Our students are aged between 16 and 19 and are enrolled in courses that include a work experience component as part of their study programme. You鈥檒l be matched with a student whose course is relevant to your industry.聽
Our Work Experience Team will support you throughout the process, providing clear guidance on your responsibilities as a host employer, including the completion of necessary Health and Safety documentation (such as agreements, risk assessments, and insurance checks).聽
We鈥檒l also be available during the placement to offer ongoing support to both you and the student.聽
T Levels are two-year Level 3 courses available for those aged 16-18 years old, and are the equivalent to three A Levels. Endorsed by businesses, they bring together college learning and a 315 hour industry placement with an employer to allow students to experience an industry while continuing their studies.

Placements can vary in length depending on the course, from a few days to several weeks. We鈥檒l agree on a schedule that works for both your business and the student before the placement starts.聽
No, placements are usually unpaid.
You鈥檒l need to have employers鈥� liability insurance to cover work experience students, we鈥檒l check this with you before the placement begins.
Absolutely, we will work with you to plan multiple placements.聽
Yes, we can arrange interviews or an informal chat beforehand to ensure a good match for the placement.聽
You鈥檒l have a named contact at the College who you can reach quickly if any issues arise. We鈥檒l work with you to resolve them promptly.聽
