As part of the Boston Town Deal, the Mayflower building is now open as a vibrant learning hub that redefines what a college can be. This flagship facility for young people and adults provides a dynamic space where students, businesses, and the wider community can connect, create, and innovate together. It offers state-of-the-art facilities for Higher Education, adult courses, and practical learning experiences across a range of subjects.

The open, welcoming, and nature-filled Mayflower includes spaces for voluntary services, careers advice, and skills development. It is home to University-Level students and Catering and Hospitality learners, featuring our on-site student-led fine-dining restaurant, Eden, and professional training salon, the Style Academy 鈥� both open to the public. The new caf茅, 1620, also celebrates Boston鈥檚 maritime history, providing a community space for all to enjoy.

As a key part of the town鈥檚 economic relaunch, the Mayflower is designed to tackle low aspirations and skills gaps while supporting digital upskilling, enterprise, and innovation. With 拢9.9 million in Town Deal funding and over 拢6 million committed by 天美视频, the project represents a major investment in both education and the wider community.

The Mayflower is already making a significant impact on the local economy: 39% of all construction orders were placed with local businesses, generating 拢567,800 for local suppliers and subcontractors, alongside 拢2 million in wider social value, benefiting the entire Boston area.
